Mónica Macklis brings traditional recipes from her native Argentina to Costa Rica and perfects the handcrafted alfajor.

We work with small cafés and national chains alike. The minimum depends on product and frequency — share your estimated volume and we'll build a proposal that fits.

Do you deliver across Costa Rica?
Yes. We supply all 7 provinces through our national wholesale network, including San José, Alajuela, Cartago, Heredia, Guanacaste, Puntarenas and Limón.

Lead time depends on product and volume. We schedule recurring orders to keep your inventory steady without overloading your storage.

Yes. Fortune cookies are customizable with client-provided messages — perfect for campaigns, events, corporate gifts and brand activations.

Do your products contain preservatives or added chemicals?
No. We bake in small batches with natural ingredients, no preservatives and no added chemicals. For specific allergen questions (gluten, dairy, nuts), reach out before quoting.

Do you provide e-invoicing and payment terms?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices in compliance with Costa Rican regulations. Payment terms are agreed based on the commercial relationship and volume.
