Standard products (un-customized alfajores and fortune cookies) ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Lightly branded or personalized orders take 2 to 3 weeks, and fully custom projects (custom shapes, packaging or special campaigns) take 3 to 4 weeks. For recurring orders we set up a fixed delivery schedule.

We customize three main ways: logo or message printing on cookies and packaging, custom shapes for campaigns or events, and our 'sealed-letter' format where the client's message goes inside the fortune cookie. Ideal for corporate gifts, brand activations, weddings and events.

Our products contain gluten (wheat), dairy (dulce de leche, butter) and egg; some varieties contain nuts. We bake in a shared kitchen, so we can't guarantee a complete absence of traces. If your end customer has a specific restriction, reach out before quoting and we'll review the recipe with you.

Pricing is volume-based and quoted per project, since we're a B2B supplier with no public retail price. As a reference, handcrafted alfajores start from a per-unit wholesale price that decreases at higher volumes, and customization is quoted separately. Can I pick up the order or do you only deliver?

We coordinate around what's convenient for you. We deliver directly within the GAM and, for specific volumes and zones, we can arrange pickup or a logistics handoff point. We define the method when finalizing the proposal so it fits your operation.
