Before closing a wholesale order, the question we hear most is simple: when does it arrive? The answer depends on how much you personalize the product. Here's the breakdown we use internally to coordinate with supermarkets, cafés, hotels and companies.
The three lead times we run
- Standard products — 1 to 2 weeks. Un-customized alfajores and fortune cookies, ready for the shelf or café counter. This is our fastest turnaround inside the Greater Metropolitan Area.
- Branded or lightly personalized — 2 to 3 weeks. Logo printing, messages sealed inside the fortune cookie, or packaging with your identity. The extra time covers producing and inspecting the personalization.
- Fully custom — 3 to 4 weeks. Special shapes, bespoke packaging or seasonal campaigns. Here we work with you from the design stage.
We don't require a rigid minimum order: we work with everyone from cafés ordering under 100 units a month to chains ordering 2,000+.
Recurring orders: the fixed schedule
If you supply a point of sale continuously, you don't order "when it runs out." We agree on a fixed schedule — weekly, biweekly or monthly — that keeps your inventory steady without overloading your storage. You set the rotation pace and we tune production to that pulse.
This is especially useful for:
- Cafés with high alfajor turnover
- Hotels that need welcome amenities always on hand
- Supermarkets that restock shelves on predictable cycles
What we need from your side
To give you a firm date, help us with three things: the estimated volume, the level of personalization and the delivery zone. With that we build a proposal with a lead time and volume-based pricing. Our fastest coverage is the GAM; for Guanacaste, Puntarenas and Limón we coordinate logistics case by case.
